- Will you be selling tickets at the door?
Tickets to this phenomenal event will only be able for purchase in advance or online. Tickets will not be sold at the door for this special SBQA event.
- I want to pay with a credit card but I see a pay with PayPal page. Do I need a PayPal account to use my credit card?
Contrary to the look-and-feel of the PayPal checkout page, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your tickets with your credit card. To pay with a credit card, at checkout, select “Pay with PayPal or Credit Card” and click the “Proceed to PayPal” button. Then at the bottom of the next screen, click the gray “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button.
- I ordered my tickets online but did not receive them via e-mail.
If you purchased tickets online using PayPal or a credit card, you should receive your tickets electronically to the email address you entered during checkout. Receipt of your tickets should take several minutes at most. If you purchased tickets online but selected the check payment option, the sending of your tickets will understandably take longer (see question below regarding paid tickets by check).Also, please be sure to double check your e-mail inbox bulk or spam folder, as well as ensure email from sbqa.com is white-listed by your e-mail service provider. If you purchased tickets using PayPal or a credit card and did not receive them via e-mail, please kindly contact us and we will assist you with your order.
- I paid for tickets by check. When will I receive my tickets?
We will contact you as soon as your payment has been processed. Please note that your ticket(s) will NOT be confirmed nor sent until receipt and successful processing of payment. For questions about your payment, please contact Robert Austria via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Do you offer a refund for tickets purchased for Fab 25?
Unfortunately tickets purchased are non-cancellable. If you determine you may not be able to make the event, you may transfer or reassign the owner of your ticket(s) by emailing us at email@example.com prior to the event date. Please be sure to contact us as early as possible to make arrangements for your ticket transfer.
- Is my online purchase transaction secure? What information do you collect?
Our online checkout uses a 256-bit encryption SSL certificate to secure your information. During the checkout process we request only a minimum amount of information for the purpose of matching guests to tickets purchased for the Fab 25 event. Further, all online payment information is handled externally by a PayPal interface. SBQA does not request nor store your credit card information within our website.
- My browser is not displaying the correct number of tickets I selected. What gives?
Ah, the pluses (and pitfalls) of technology. Sometimes web browsers in their independent might will inherently remember too much information using “cookies” and could possibly display your ticket number incorrectly (e.g. as seen in some versions of the Chrome browser). In such should occur, try deleting your web browser’s cache and restarting your purchase (or try using a different Web browser).Like any ticket purchases online, please be sure to double-check your order before payment to ensure you have the correct number of tickets and that your billing information is also correct.
- Do I need to print out my ticket and bring it to the event?
If possible, to expedite check-ins and get you and your party seated faster, please bring a printed copy of your ticket to the event. Each ticket contains a QR code which we will scan to check you in faster. The sooner we can check in your group, the sooner the fun can begin!Can’t find an answer above to your question?
